Import All Contacts returns “No Address Book Contacts Found”

The Address Book Manipulator requires FileMaker to have access to the Contacts app. Please check to make sure that FileMaker has the proper permissions to access the contacts:
In the Apple menu, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy.
In the Privacy tab, click on Contacts and make sure that FileMaker Pro is listed and enabled. If the checkbox is empty next to the FileMaker listing, go ahead fill in the checkbox to enable it.
