When the Core CRM Pro is connected to QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online, you will notice that there are indicator icons for the Contacts, Invoices and Items records (see screenshots below). These icons provide information about the status of the viewed record, as follows: 

“Green” indicates the record is up to date and fully synced between QuickBooks and Core CRM Pro 

“Yellow” indicates the record is synced to QuickBooks, but needs to be updated with the next sync 

  “Red” indicates the record has not yet been synced to QuickBooks 
 
Syncing records is as simple as pushing the record(s) in question via the “Push to QB” button. You can also click on the status indicators to get further information about the record’s status.
