If you come across an invalid certificate from QuickBooks using the “Test” button from our FM Books Connector demo file or when trying to establish a connection between FileMaker and QuickBooks, there may be a number of things causing that issue, particularly related to your system.
To resolve the issue please try one of the following:
1. Uninstall and Reinstall FileMaker on your machine
2. Uninstall and Reinstall QuickBooks on your machine
3. Check to see if you have a valid root certificate for the application - you may need to work with your IT on this
