Users can be restricted from access to the Core CRM Pro in a similar manner as creating new users. To disable an account from having access to the Core CRM Pro, perform the following steps: 

1) Navigate to the Preferences module in Core CRM Pro 
2) Click on “User Accounts” 
3) Locate the user you wish to disable 
4) Uncheck the box under the “Active” column 
5) Confirm the action of disabling the user 

The user will no longer be allowed access to the Core CRM Pro. You can re-enable access for any disabled user simply by checking the box under the “Active” column again at any time.
