The eSign plug-in is only supported with one of the four Topaz devices listed on our website.

The following devices are confirmed compatible with the eSign plug-in:

• Topaz T-L462-HSB (SignatureGem LCD 1X5 USB)
• Topaz T-LBK462-HSB (SignatureGem LCD 1X5 USB Backlit)
• Topaz T-LBK462-BSB (SignatureGem LCD 1X5)
